Ibra migrated from Hot Sands to Greenmarsh when he was young. He earned his citizenship by serving under the flag of Greenmarsh during the Great War. Decades later, he is now royal commander for the province of Estergraz. Soldiers under his command are informally referred to as “heron hunters” due to the birds’ prevalence in the region.
